Health and fitness month
Health and fitness month is upon us, and we get to hit the ground running…literally! But let’s be real for a minute. Health and fitness is about a lot more than being skinny and ripped. Sure that is nice for some. It’s not what everyone wants, and it isn’t what everyone needs.
There is no need to put so much pressure on us to lose weight, eat healthier, get skinny, and pack on the muscle. Honestly, I think we could all start by living a little more consciously. We could start asking ourselves why we are choosing those particular foods, when we know there are healthier things we could eat. Why are we finishing our plate when we have been satisfied since we were half-way through?
Health is adding a level of intention and consciousness into everything we do.
